Typical consultation time: 75-90 minutes
It is strongly recommended to be accompanied during your evaluation.

During your consultation, Dr. Bilek will:
- Review your medical records, please have medical summaries at hand, as Dr. Bilek cannot access your electronic records
- Take a comprehensive medical history about all relevant areas of your health
- Perform a focused physical examination as required (please dress in comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing)
- Administer questionnaires or other testing as required
- Counsel you about the medical recommendations

Medical recommendations may include:
- medication changes
- behavioral modifications
- referral to allied health professions (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, dietician, psychology, social work etc.)
- referral to other medical specialties
- referral to a specific rehabilitation setting or program
- referral for additional testing
- guidance for maximizing social benefits 

After your consultation, Dr. Bilek will provide you with a comprehensive digital report (within 3 business days) including detailed health recommendations. The report can be written in Hebrew or in English.

Dr. Bilek will be available to you by phone, WhatsApp, or email, to follow up on recommendations and continue guiding you during the follow-up period (typically 4-6 weeks or as required by your circumstances.)

* Filling out forms are at additional expense. 
** Patients with multiple complex health concerns occasionally require more than one session to adequately address each issue. Dr. Bilek would be happy to plan a series of sessions to manage all of your most complex health concerns.
